Feedback Journey has three plans. The free plan costs nothing and needs no credit card. One person pays €67 per year, and a whole organization pays €1,500 per year with no charge per seat. All prices exclude VAT.

Which plan should you choose?

Start on the free plan. It lets you run three surveys with up to five people invited to each, which is enough to try the tool on a real client and see a real result. Move to the Single User plan when you want to keep going. Choose the Organization plan when you want colleagues in the same place, with shared reporting.

What is included in the free plan?

The free plan includes all three survey types, so you are not testing a cut-down version of the product. You get up to three surveys and up to five invited respondents. You do not need to enter a card to use it, and nothing starts charging you when it runs out.

What do you get for €67 a year?

The Single User plan removes the limits. You get unlimited surveys and unlimited respondents, plus Improvement Goals and Journey Cards. It works out at around €5.60 a month. You can also pay €24 every three months if you would rather not commit to a year.

How is the Organization plan priced?

The Organization plan is €1,500 per year for the whole organization, not per person. You can invite every colleague without the price changing, which means the cost stays the same whether the team is five people or fifty. On top of the Single User features you get an organization-wide dashboard, department management and role-based access control.

How do you pay, and can you stop?

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices are shown excluding VAT, so the tax that applies where you are will be added at checkout. If you stop paying, your account reverts rather than disappearing, and the feedback your clients gave you remains yours.

Is Feedback Journey worth it for one freelancer?

For most freelancers, €67 is less than a single billable hour. One won or renewed contract covers the year many times over. You do not have to take that on trust, though.
