Feedback Journey explained

Feedback Journey is a client-feedback platform for consultants, freelancers and other knowledge workers. You send a short survey to the people you worked with, and they score four fixed questions from 0 to 10. The answers become comparable scores over time, plus a Journey Card that anyone can verify.

What problem does it solve?

How long does the first survey take?

You can create and send your first survey in about five minutes.

1. Register and log in. That takes about a minute.
2. Create a survey and add your clients' email addresses. That takes about three minutes.
3. Have a sip of coffee. That takes about a minute.
4. Wait for the people you invited to respond. Most finish in around two minutes.
5. Create a Journey Card to show your results to potential clients.
6. Set an improvement goal to work on the weakest category next.

What does it cost?
